We collect the information you give us and some information that is created when you use FLYP.

• Quiz and lead information: your first name, email address and your quiz answers.
• Account information: your name, email address and login details.
• Membership and billing status: your plan, trial and renewal dates. Payments are handled by Stripe, and we do not store your full card number.
• Activity in your account: items you list, sales you log, tasks, rewards and badges.
• Marketplace or store connections you choose to set up.
• Device and usage information, such as browser type, pages viewed and general location, collected through cookies and similar tools.
• Messages you send us, including support and privacy requests.

• To run the quiz, build your plan and let you start a trial or membership.
• To create and secure your account and provide the training, catalog, tools and dashboard.
• To process payments, renewals and cancellations.
• To send you account messages, receipts, notifications and, where allowed, updates about FLYP.
• To understand how FLYP is used, fix problems and improve the service.
• To measure how our advertising performs.
• To prevent fraud and misuse and to meet legal duties.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only as described here.

• Service providers who help us run FLYP, such as hosting and database providers, payment processing (Stripe), email delivery and analytics.
• Our supplier, which receives the order details needed to pack and ship an item you have sold.
• Advertising and measurement services, which may receive limited information such as your email address, after consent where required, so we can measure whether our ads work. Under some state laws this can count as sharing for advertising. You can opt out using Your Privacy Choices.
• Authorities or other parties when the law requires it or to protect rights, safety and security.
• A successor, if FLYP is involved in a merger, sale or similar transaction.

We use cookies, local storage and similar tools to keep you signed in, remember your quiz progress and referral link, and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies in your browser settings, although some parts of FLYP may not work without them.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide FLYP, meet legal, tax and accounting duties, resolve disputes and enforce our terms. When we no longer need it, we delete or de-identify it.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. No online service can be completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to opt out of sale or sharing, and to limit the use of sensitive information. You will not be treated unfairly for using these rights.

You can submit a request on our Your Privacy Choices page or email us at the address below. We may need to verify your identity first. You can also unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email.

FLYP is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If the changes are significant, we will take reasonable steps to let you know.
