Terms of Service

These terms apply when you visit FLYP pages, take the FLYP quiz, start a trial, or use a FLYP membership. By using FLYP you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.

If you do not agree, please do not use FLYP.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• FLYP is open to sellers in the United States.
• You need a US bank account that supports Zelle, because supplier payments are made by Zelle after a sale.
• You must give accurate account and payment information.

A FLYP membership gives you access to a training library, a catalog of name-brand inventory from our supplier, listing tools, task tracking and a sales dashboard.

FLYP is not a marketplace. You list items on third-party marketplaces such as Poshmark, eBay, Mercari or Depop, using your own accounts there. Those marketplaces set their own rules and fees, and you must follow them.

• You choose an item from the catalog and list it on a marketplace at a price you set.
• You do not buy inventory in advance and you do not store or ship items.
• When an item sells, you pay the supplier the item cost, using Zelle, and the supplier ships the item to your buyer.
• You keep the difference between your sale price and your costs, after marketplace fees, taxes and any other expenses.
• You are responsible for accurate listings, buyer communication, marketplace compliance and the taxes that apply to your sales.

Some offers begin with a paid trial. The trial price, the trial length and the renewal price are shown before you pay, and again on the checkout page.

Unless you cancel, your membership renews automatically at the end of the trial or billing period, at the price shown at checkout, and continues until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe. FLYP does not store your full card number.

Prices and features may change. A price change applies to your next billing period after we tell you about it.

You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy explain the details.

FLYP is an educational and tools membership. We do not promise or guarantee any sales, income or profit. Examples, illustrations and stories are not typical, and your results depend on your effort, your pricing, your time, marketplace demand and other factors. Some members may earn nothing.

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password private. You agree not to:

• Share your login or resell or redistribute FLYP content, training or catalog data.
• Use FLYP to break the law or a marketplace's rules, or to mislead buyers.
• Interfere with the service or try to access areas you are not allowed to use.
• Create multiple accounts to misuse trials, promotions or rewards.

Features such as FLYP Rewards, badges and discounts may be changed, paused or ended. We may correct errors in awards or balances.

The training, text, designs, software and other FLYP materials belong to FLYP or its licensors. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use them while your membership is active. Brand and marketplace names belong to their owners, and FLYP is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

FLYP works with services we do not control, including marketplaces, payment and email providers, and our supplier. We are not responsible for their actions, outages or policies.

FLYP is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we do not make promises about uninterrupted service, inventory availability, marketplace approval or any business result.

To the fullest extent the law allows, FLYP is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to FLYP in the three months before the claim arose.

You may stop using FLYP at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or misuse the service. Sections that by their nature should continue after access ends will continue.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and applicable federal law.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using FLYP after an update, you accept the new terms.
